About this guide
An independent, practical guide to visiting the Malvern Hills. Built to answer the questions people actually have before a walk.
What this site is for
We want this to be the fastest way to choose a walk, work out where to park, check the conditions and decide where to stay in the Malvern Hills. Every walk, hill and car park is a structured record, so you can compare them side by side and follow the links between them.
Who we are not
We are not the Malvern Hills Trust, which owns and manages most of the hills and commons. We are not the Malvern Hills National Landscape team, a council or a tourist board. For byelaws, land management, grazing notices and official information, go to them.
How we research
Facts come from primary sources wherever possible: the Malvern Hills Trust, the National Landscape, the National Trust, Ordnance Survey, National Rail and the businesses themselves. Every page shows where its information came from and when it was last checked. Anything we have not checked yet is clearly labelled. Read our editorial policy for the details.
How the site is funded
The site may earn money from clearly labelled affiliate links, sponsored placements and local partnerships. Paying never changes route difficulty, safety or accessibility information, and never buys a place in our editorial recommendations. See our affiliate disclosure.
The domain
malvern-hills.co.uk has been a Malvern website since the early 2000s, when it hosted a community site and the Malvern Spa Association's pages on the springs and wells. We have rebuilt it as a visitor guide, and our springs and wells page carries on that interest.
Who runs the site
Malvern Hills Guide is published by Simply Quote Comparison Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 15008284). Registered office: Sentinel House, Ancells Business Park, Harvest Crescent, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 2UZ.
