Bluebells alongside Jubilee Drive This wonderful view of Bluebells greets the traveller driving along Jubilee drive as well as the walker on the west side of Black hill
Drivers must be careful along Jubilee Drive at this time of the year as they may encounter many new-born lambs Lambs along Jubilee Drive
Lambs along Jubilee Drive Some local people are knows as "COMMONERS" and as such are entitled by ancient statute to allow their sheep to roam freely on the hills. The sheep are often on the roads that cut through COMMON land including the hillside


Unusual Spring Scenes

After some very mixed weather, ranging from
torrential rain - to snow - to summer-like temperatures,
all in a few days, some interesting photography became possible.

The following three pictures give some idea of the resulting views.
