SPORT

Stay fit and teach others to do the same.

Is sport one of the most important things in your life? Would you not only enjoy taking part but also like to improve your skills to become a coach? Would representing your country be something that may only be beyond your wildest dreams?

In the Air Training Corps these questions can all become a reality. Whatever your sport albeit rugby, hockey, netball, javelin, athletics—the list is endless—Air Cadets are encouraged to be involved in all the exciting aspects of physical activities.

As with any major sporting events, the Air Cadets are very competitive and enjoy representing not only their Squadron but also the Wing, the Region and ultimately their country. As the Air Training Corps has squadrons located in many parts of the world representing your country is a very real possibility.

The Air Training Corps also encourages leadership through sport and many of the air Cadets go on to become qualified coaches in a wide variety of sports. Great opportunities that in other walks of life are very hard to come by. In the Air Cadets the opportunity is available if you show an interest in your sport.
